Our class schedule consists almost entirely of functional fitness because it works so well!
Within that, we have blended Fitness & Strength with a handful of specific classes to support the main programme.
All our classes are delivered by our team of expert coaches, so you'll be supported every step of the way!
THECLASSES

PT (6:1)
Our signature small group personal training. Maximum of 4 people per coach ensures you get the attention of 1-1 training with the atmosphere of a group.

Hybrid
The perfect blend of strength and conditioning. Expect a mix of lifting, bodyweight movements, and cardiovascular challenges to build a well-rounded fitness foundation.

Strong Mumma's Club
A supportive, empowering environment designed specifically for mothers. Focus on rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and connecting with a community of strong mums.

Metcon
Metabolic Conditioning. Get ready to sweat in these high-energy, fast-paced sessions designed to maximize calorie burn and push your cardiovascular limits.
