1. About Us

The Game Changer Training operates from 1-3 Knebworth Gate, Giffard Park, Milton Keynes MK14 5QD. For any queries regarding these terms, contact us at info@gamechangertraining.co.uk.

2. Membership & Services

• Membership is offered on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The 30 Day Personal Training Experience is a fixed-term introductory programme available to new members only.
• All memberships and programmes are personal and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to modify class timetables, coaches, and session formats with reasonable notice.
• Membership does not guarantee a specific coach or class time, subject to availability.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Monthly membership fees are collected via Direct Debit or standing order on an agreed date each month.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to review and amend pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
• The 30 Day Personal Training Experience is non-refundable once commenced.
• Session cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a replacement session will be offered.

5. Health & Safety

• You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in physical exercise.
• You must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns to your coach before commencing any programme.
• You participate in all sessions at your own risk. The Game Changer Training accepts no liability for injury arising from failure to disclose health information.
• You must follow all safety instructions given by our coaches and staff.
• We strongly recommend you seek medical advice before starting a new exercise programme if you have any concerns.

6. Code of Conduct

We are proud of the community and culture at The Game Changer Training. All members are expected to:

• Treat all coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect at all times.
• Arrive on time for sessions and notify us in advance if you cannot attend.
• Follow all gym rules and hygiene standards, including wiping down equipment after use.
• Refrain from any behaviour that is discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive.

We reserve the right to terminate membership without refund for serious or repeated breaches of this code of conduct.

7. Photography & Media

From time to time, we may take photographs or video footage during sessions for marketing and social media purposes. By becoming a member, you consent to this unless you explicitly notify us in writing that you do not wish to be included. We will never share or sell your image to third parties without your express consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Game Changer Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question in the preceding 3 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, programmes, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Game Changer Training and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
